Renaissance Tower

About This Project

M. H. Mohanna Development is one of the early pioneers of urban growth in the downtown Sacramento core and was responsible for the land acquisition of the first high-rise assemblage. Mohanna bought, assembled and sold the 8th and K Street block to the Benvenutis to build the 28-story Renaissance Tower. Mohanna was responsible for lifting the height limit in 1983 in the downtown business core to pave the way for the tallest building at the time.
