Artisan Village is a 500+ acre smart-growth development project located in El Dorado Hills, California. Mohanna Development proposes a sustainable community with retail, offices, hotels, schools, hospitals and housing. Artisan Village is a European-style land development project that holds environmental sustainability and walkability as a top priority.

The infamous and historic Lincoln Highway, the first transcontinental highway in America from the early 1900s, runs through the 500+ acre development. Mohanna Development intends to preserve the portion of Lincoln Highway running through Artisan Village by making it primarily pedestrian, alongside the option of a tram system.

Artisan Village proposes to connect El Dorado Hills Town Center with Marble Valley by increasing the walkability of the region and ensuring a transit-friendly environment.
