About This Project

Formerly the Odd Fellows Temple, this 53,000 square foot historic building was bought and restored by M. H. Mohanna Development in 1984. Mohanna Development restored the Odd Fellows Temple to its original elegance, providing retail and offices along with one of the most elegant historic hospitality facilities in the Northern California region. After naming it Capitol Plaza Ballrooms, Mohanna Development made this building open to the public for the first time in 150 years.
